LED Automotive Lights

In recent years, LED automotive lights have become more and more popular among the world's auto manufacturers.  These companies are using LEDs in everything from headlights to turn signals.  LED lights are capable of producing a stronger beam when compared with incandescent bulb.  They do this while at the same time reducing the amount of power used in the electrical system.

When looking at LED automotive lights, the first thing you will notice is that they do not consist of a single bulb.  Instead, they are constructed of a cluster of small LEDs.  The majority of the LEDs face toward the direction the beam will point.  Along the edge are more of these tiny bulbs that direct light toward the concave, reflective surface inside the headlight housing.

As time goes on, LEDs will become more and more popular as a lighting option.  There is even the possibility that they will replace the incandescent bulb in home lighting fixtures.
